  • Breathwork Sessions: Dive deep into various breathwork practices including So Ham, Holotropic, and Water Rebirthing techniques, each offering a unique pathway to emotional release and self-awareness.

Retreat Schedule:

Day 1:

  • 12pm – 6pm – Arrival & Check in, one to one consultations 
  • 6pm: Opening Circle — a time for openness and connection.
  • 7pm: So Ham Breathwork — a simple mantra-based breathing practice that aligns you with the universal rhythm, helping you find a sense of peace and presence​​.
  • 9pm: A light, nutritious dinner to complete the day.

Day 2:

  • 7:30am: Osho Dynamic Meditation — an active meditation, that helps to unleash and embrace your inner vitality, finishing with a profound sense of calm
  • 8:45am: Light breakfast — fresh and energizing.
  • 9:30am: Trataka Meditation & Sharing circle— focus and reflection to deepen self-awareness.
  • 10:30am: Holotropic Breathwork — a powerful technique using accelerated breathing to unlock altered states of consciousness, facilitating emotional healing and self-discovery​​​​.
  • 2pm: Lunch and personal time — absorb the morning’s experiences.
  • 4pm: Afternoon Trataka Meditation & Sharing — reinforce your morning practice.
  • 5pm: Breathwork or Active Meditation — afternoon practice of breathwork or fun and interactive social meditation (depending on the needs of the group)
  • 7pm: Dinner — another delightful meal to nourish your body and soul.

Day 3:

  • 7:30am: Morning Osho Dynamic Meditation 
  • 8:45am: Light breakfast — keeping it light and healthy.
  • 9:30am: Trataka Meditation & Sharing circle — a chance to go deeper within.
  • 10:30am: Rebirthing Breathwork in Water — a transformative ‘rebirth’ experience​​​​​​.
  • 2pm: Lunch and free time — time for relaxation and integration.
  • 4pm: Active Meditation or Bio-Development — an exploration of self through expressive movement.
  • 5:30pm: Closing Meditation and Sharing Circle — share your insights and reflections.
  • 6:30pm: Final Dinner — a celebratory end to a profound journey.

About the Facilitator:

Zivile started her Breathwork journey 5 years ago, following the loss of her mother. At that time, she was suffering from anxiety and panic attacks on a daily basis. She was struggling to fit into “normal” life and feel the happiness and joy of living. Zivile has then discovered Breathwork and other self development practices, that helped her to reconnect with herself and discover the true happiness and purpose of life.Zivile has since changed her life path completely and left 11 years of life and career back in London and moved to Koh Phangan to teach Breathwork and help others to reconnect with themselves and find their own purpose. Her gentle encouragement to let go of performance-driven and goal oriented mindsets creates an atmosphere of acceptance and self-love. She has also been sharing these amazing practices in Dominican Republic, Dubai and Lithuania.
